1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• Name, email address and phone number.
• Account information for My EXE, such as your sign-in email and preferred language. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Trip and travel preferences, including destinations, travel dates, parks, cruise details, and services you are interested in.
• Party and family information, such as the number of adults and children and ages you choose to share.
• Accommodation, destination, dining, accessibility and comfort preferences.
• Requests and messages you send us, including Strategy Review, Ask EXE, travel booking, concierge and attraction notification requests.

Information created when you use the site:

• Purchase and transaction records, such as which Playbooks you bought, amounts and order dates. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; EXE does not receive or store your full card number.
• Website usage and campaign/source attribution, such as the page you first arrived on, the referring website and campaign tags (for example, UTM parameters) in the link you used.

Location sharing is optional, off by default, and used only if you turn it on for a service that needs it.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide travel planning and concierge services you request.
• Create and maintain your My EXE account.
• Fulfill digital-product purchases and give you access to your Playbooks.
• Respond to your requests and messages.
• Personalize recommendations based on your trip profile.
• Communicate with you about your purchases, requests and services.
• Operate, secure and improve the website, including understanding how visitors find us.

3. Service Providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to run EXE, including payment processing (Stripe), website hosting and database services, and email delivery. These providers handle information on our behalf to provide their services.

When you ask us to plan or arrange travel, we may share the details needed for that request with the relevant travel supplier (for example, a hotel, theme park, cruise line or tour operator). Those suppliers handle your information under their own policies.

EXE does not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, save planning progress before you sign in, and record the first link or campaign that brought you to EXE. We also record basic usage events within the site (for example, when a Playbook is opened) to understand how the site is used.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings; some features, such as staying signed in, may not work without them.

5. Data Security

We use access controls so that customers can see only their own account information and only authorized EXE staff can see customer requests. Playbook files are stored privately and delivered through short-lived links. No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

EXE will not ask for theme park account passwords, bank details or Social Security numbers through website forms. If hands-on account assistance is part of a service you request, we will provide a separate process for it.

6. Data Retention

We keep account, trip and request information while your account is active and as needed to provide services, keep business and purchase records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your account information as described below; some purchase records may need to be kept.

7. Your Choices

You can view and update your trip profile in My EXE. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account, email info@exelifestyle.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those emails.

8. Children and Family Travel Information

My EXE accounts are intended for adults. Information about children, such as ages in a travel party, is provided by a parent or guardian to plan the family's trip. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
