EXE helps you understand and use the My Disney Experience app before and during your trip: linking your party and tickets, understanding what a park reservation is, reading wait times honestly, evaluating Lightning Lane options, mobile ordering, and knowing which decision matters at which hour.
During your park days we stay reachable. You tell us where you are and what changed; we help you pick the next move using your itinerary and your reservations.

Share Your Location When You Want Help
When you voluntarily enable location sharing during an active concierge session, EXE can use your location together with your itinerary and reservations to help recommend where to go next — which side of the park to head toward, whether you can still make a dining window, and what to skip.
- Location sharing is always optional and explicitly opt-in.
- It only applies during an active concierge session you started.
