EXE Lifestyle is an independent travel and concierge service. EXE hosts do not provide special park access or operate Universal Orlando's official VIP Experience. Attraction access and wait-time benefits depend on the guest's valid admission, Universal Express or other official Universal products.

When you voluntarily enable location sharing during an active concierge session, EXE can use your location together with your itinerary and reservations to help recommend where to go next — which side of the park to head toward, whether you can still make a dining window, and what to skip.
