EXE Lifestyle Terms of Service

1. About EXE

EXE Lifestyle is an independent travel planning, concierge and lifestyle service based in Central Florida. EXE is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Destinations & Experiences, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment or any other attraction, hotel, cruise line or travel provider referenced on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. My EXE Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity in your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.

3. Digital Playbooks

EXE Playbooks are digital guides delivered through My EXE. When you buy a Playbook, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and download it for your own non-commercial use. Purchases are linked to the email used at checkout; guest purchases are attached to your My EXE account when you sign in or create one with that email.

Playbook content reflects information available when written. Park hours, prices, attractions, ticket products and policies change; please verify current details with the applicable provider.

4. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor; EXE does not store your full card details. Where an upgrade credit applies (for example, toward the EXE Orlando Collection), it is shown before you pay.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund requests for digital Playbooks are reviewed individually; contact info@exelifestyle.com. If a refund is issued, access to the refunded Playbook is removed. Cancellation and refund terms for travel planning, concierge or booked travel services are provided with each service and are subject to the policies of the relevant travel suppliers.

6. Travel Planning and Concierge Services

EXE offers trip planning, Strategy Reviews, theme-park planning and guidance, virtual concierge support, and, where offered, in-person hosting. The scope of any service, and any fee, is confirmed with you before it begins. Submitting a request on the site does not by itself create a booking or a paid engagement.

Theme-park planning is advisory. EXE cannot guarantee ride availability, wait times, reservations, Lightning Lane or similar selections, or any park outcome.

7. Official VIP Experience Coordination

Official VIP tours and experiences are operated by the theme parks themselves. EXE may help you request or arrange them, but EXE is not the park's guide service. Availability, pricing, rules and cancellation terms are set by the park.

8. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

Theme parks, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and other travel providers are responsible for their own products, services, rules, availability, pricing and operations. Bookings with those suppliers are subject to their terms. EXE is not responsible for a supplier's acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or changes.

9. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler, date and preference information.
• Review confirmations from EXE and from suppliers and report errors promptly.
• Hold valid travel documents, tickets and reservations required for your trip.
• Follow the rules of the parks, hotels and other providers you visit.

If a service requires access to a theme park account, share credentials only through the secure process EXE provides for your trip, and only for the services you have requested.

10. Intellectual Property

The site, Playbooks and other EXE materials are owned by EXE Lifestyle and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute EXE materials except as allowed by these terms.

11. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to access other people's accounts or data, sharing purchased files publicly, submitting false requests, or interfering with the site's operation.

12. Service Availability

We work to keep the site and My EXE available, but they may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features and services may change over time.

13. Limitation of EXE's Role

To the extent permitted by law, EXE's services and materials are provided as is, and EXE is not liable for losses arising from third-party suppliers or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
